Who am I?
Hello and welcome to my little piece of the internet. I'm here to explain who I am, what I do, and perhaps how I may be able to help you.
On this blog you will find several articles of issues and situations I have faced over the course of my career. I started working with Cisco Unified Communications back in 2001 when I worked for Cisco TAC. Since then I have worked for various partners of Cisco and done many freelance projects from installing to troubleshooting to blogging.
I hope that you will find some interesting information on this blog and perhaps something that will help you through a dilemma that you are currently experiencing.
